The payroll knowledgebase now includes an internal document used by partners in providing clients with an estimate of additional fees payable for the 3 levels of auto enrolment services we can offer payroll clients. The document is here – CCH ID 138564.

Clients are now receiving a letter from the Pensions Regulator asking them to nominate a contact for Auto Enrolment (AE).

A new help sheet, explaining the process, has been created in our document management system and is available here – CCH ID 130784.

We have also created an AE knowledge page on our intranet, accessed from knowledge/cpd on the main menu.
